TMAFitness Boot Camp Workout!What is Boot Camp?

First and foremost, workouts are fun! After all, it's a lot easier to look forward to working out if you're having a good time with a cool group of people. Workouts are challenging. Be prepared to venture out of your comfort zone and achieve at a higher level. We will work with you so that we understand your goals and provide the training that you need to be successful.

No two classes are the same! Each class is carefully planned so that you get a total body workout.  All major muscle groups are pushed to the limit. Want to get your heart rate up and improve your wind? We have you covered. Our Boot Camps are held in our professional martial arts and kickboxing studio packed with the latest training gear. Classes utilize a full range of strength training equipment including free weights, stability balls, bands and conditioning equipment. In addition to what you normally find in a gym, we have full range of kickboxing and boxing equipment. It's no secret that professional martial artists are in superior shape. You will be working out with the same equipment including punching bags, kicking shields, medicine balls and an assortment of agility and speed training equipment.

Who Trains?

Men and women of all shapes, sizes and physical conditions train. One thing everyone has in common is the desire to better themselves. If you want to work hard and are not afraid of sweat and sacrifice, Boot Camp is for you. Bring a positive attitude and be prepared to have your hard work rewarded with results.

The hardest part of any workout is getting started. Do your part and get through the front door of our studio and we'll do ours. Whether you're in superior shape or have never worked out a day in your life, we will work with you to make sure you get results. Like any group fitness class, you work at your own pace and improve during each workout.
