What are Workouts Like?
First and foremost, workouts are fun! After all, it's a lot easier to look forward to working out if you're having a good time with a cool group of people. Workouts are challenging. Be prepared to venture out of your comfort zone and achieve at a higher level. We will work with you so that we understand your goals and provide the training that you need to be successful!
Workouts consist of varied routines utilizing a full range of strength, martial arts and kickboxing training equipment. Training focuses on 3 key areas: strength, flexibility and endurance.
